Janet Guthrie was murdered, and Police have arrested a 47-year-old man for killing Queensland Woman.

Janet Guthrie was a strong and dedicated community pillar and a loving mother and friend to many.

It was previously known that on January 6, Ms. Guthrie relocated from the Gold Coast to Bribie Island.

She frequently posted pictures of her new coastal property and the time she spent with her dogs at the beach.

On Friday, it was observed that one of the animals was being removed from the House.

Sadly, she was discovered unconscious when authorities checked Ms. Guthrie’s well-being at her Bongaree, Queensland home at around 9 pm on Thursday, February 16.

The home was designated as a crime scene, and Operation Victor Alfredo was launched to look into the circumstances of her passing.

Janet Guthrie was discovered unconscious when authorities checked Ms. Guthrie’s well-being at her Bongaree, Queensland home.

After a neighbor reported disturbances at the woman’s residence the previous night, Queensland Police were asked to conduct a welfare check on a Bongaree woman at Bribie Island on February 16.

Just before 9 o’clock, Police discovered Guthrie unconscious inside the House. They declared it a crime scene and launched a homicide investigation.

The man from Caboolture is accused of robbery, entering a residence intending to commit a crime, and homicide (domestic violence).

On Wednesday, he is scheduled to appear before Caboolture Magistrates Court.

The night before Ms. Guthrie’s death on February 15, Police were still looking for a dashcam or CCTV footage of a 2000 White Isuzu truck utility with Queensland plate 170ZBA.

Around 5:00 pm on February 15, the vehicle was spotted near Bongaree. Later, it was spotted at the Bribie Island Aldi.

It moved to the mainland later in the evening and was seen at Beachmere and Margate.

According to the Police, a 47-year-old man was accused of killing a 51-year-old woman.

He has been accused of killing Janet Guthrie, who was discovered dead in her House, according to Detective Inspector Ben Fadian, who spoke to reporters on Wednesday.

After a neighbor reported disturbances at the woman’s residence the previous night, Queensland Police were asked to conduct a welfare check on a Bongaree woman at Bribie Island on February 16.

He is accused of murder, breaking into a House and conducting an indictable crime, robbery, and withholding information.

On Wednesday morning, he is scheduled to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court.

In the past, Police had disclosed that a disturbance had caused them to be called to the residence the week before.

Inspector Fadian stated, “As far as we are concerned, the two have no other past.” But he can confirm that our investigation still covers that, and we are doing so.

That scene is distressing, and the woman’s family is inconsolable. The woman’s chest area was injured.
