It's been two months since Avengers: Infinity War was released in theaters. It seems like watching half of our favorite characters die happened so long ago, but it has only been sixty days. The title for the follow-up film has been kept securely under wraps for months now. The world has simply dubbed the movie Avengers 4 until the official title is released by Marvel Studio head Kevin Feige. The release of Avengers 4 is not for another year, and Marvel has two films from the interconnected cinematic universe dropping first. In a recent interview with Collider, Kevin Feige confirmed when fans can expect to get the title of the fourth Avengers film.
"That’ll be after the Captain Marvel teaser, probably," he revealed. "That film is still shooting for another couple weeks, so I think it’ll be a few months," stated Feige when it came to the Brie Larson superhero flick. "Announcing that title, it’ll be towards the end of the year, with however we launch that film." It looks like Marvel fans will have to wait another several months before they get a glimpse at what the next chapter holds for the Avengers since Captain Marvel is still filming. We can't wait.
